Terms of Use
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These terms apply to the Boulie iOS app, made by Alejandro Portillo Guerrero. By using Boulie you agree to them. Use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
What Boulie is
Boulie helps you track and care for a sourdough starter: feeding logs, rise checks, reminders, recipes, and bake timers. Rise estimates and peak predictions are estimates, not guarantees — real dough varies with flour, temperature, and time. Always use your own judgment when baking (and when deciding whether something is safe to eat).
Subscriptions
- Boulie Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) purchased through your Apple account.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
- Where offered, free-trial periods convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app. Your bake photos remain yours.
Warranty & liability
Boulie is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages — including, with love, any loaf that didn't turn out.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
